Our Terms and Conditions cater to the following. Please read them carefully before placing an order. This is the digital agreement between Buyer & Seller (Lustre & Lore).

- Orders cannot be canceled or amended after 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is out for delivery, no refusal will be accepted.
- Lustre & Lore only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
- In case of cancellation after processing or refusal at delivery, the customer must pay Rs.250/- delivery charges via online transfer. If customers fail to pay, we reserve the right to list their details under “FRAUD/FAKE CUSTOMER.”
- Refusal at the doorstep will result in an Auto Blacklist, and the customer will not be able to place new orders until dues are cleared.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong products reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof. Change of mind is not accepted.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 7–10 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, and phone number. Any failed delivery due to incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility.
