1. The standard delivery time is 4 to 6 working days. However, during sale periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed.
2. Our courier partners are not authorized to open parcels or display products before payment. Customers are kindly requested not to insist on this or reject parcels for this reason.
3. You will receive an SMS update from our courier partner regarding your shipment status before delivery. Please ensure that you provide an active contact number to stay updated on your order.
4.For tracking your order, you will receive an SMS with your tracking number from the courier company. Additionally, a “Track Order” link is available in the website footer, where you can check the real-time status of your shipment.
