Refund Policy

  1. Refund and Return/Exchange Policies are totally complied with the above-mentioned Unboxing Clause, which proves that the parcel you received belongs to Lustre & Lore. Without sharing an unboxing video, Lustre & Lore will not open any claims request for returns or refunds.
  2. In case of a refund, Lustre & Lore will only refund the product amount; delivery charges will not be refunded. The decision for a refund will be finalized by the management based on the situation.
  3. A claim has to be submitted on the same day the customer receives the product. The product must be returned within 3 days of receiving.
  4. Refund claims will be processed within 15 days.
  5. Returns are only acceptable if the product has not been opened or used. There will be no return or refund for used, tested, or opened products.
